Founded in 1844, originally as Empire Brewery and then Best & Co, by the 1860s Pabst Brewery was known for the quality and range of brewing companies under their wings.
By 1895 they were selling the Pabst Malt Extract using a variety of advertisements emphasising a different aspect of the history and development of brewing.
A whole range of these were dedicated to Egypt and are rich in Egyptian iconography.
